Magnetic ring magnetization for transmission is a core technology in the automotive transmission system, which ensures the precise operation of key components such as speed sensors and electromagnetic actuators by precisely controlling the strength and distribution of the magnetic field. This technology adopts advanced technology such as pulse magnetization method, which can generate a high intensity magnetic field within milliseconds, so that high-performance permanent magnetic materials such as neodymium iron boron can reach the saturation state of magnetization, providing stable and reliable detection of magnetic signals and transmission of power for the gearbox.

Through scientific design of magnetizing process and optimization of parameters, the magnetic ring magnetizing technology for gearbox effectively solves the problems of uneven magnetic field distribution and large linear error in traditional magnetizing methods. By adopting multi-pole magnetizing technology and precise magnetic field constraints, it can realize the precision magnetization of 15 pairs of magnetic poles and ensure the output of multiple square wave pulses during one week of motor rotation, which significantly improves the accuracy and reliability of rotational speed measurement. This technology not only ensures the normal operation of the gearbox, but also lays a solid technical foundation for the intelligent development of the automotive transmission system.
