4、Main testing items for cutting fluid
The main quality testing items of oil based cutting fluid include: viscosity, flash point, pour point, fat content, sulfur content, chlorine content, copper corrosion, moisture, mechanical impurity, four ball test and so on.
The main quality testing items of water based cutting fluid include pH, anti-rust, aluminum corrosion, copper corrosion, reciprocating friction test, TIMKEN test, tapping torque test and so on.
